We ship Hard Heart pieces worldwide with full tracking. Below you'll find processing times, delivery estimates, customs information, and answers to the most common shipping questions.
Order processing
Each piece is prepared and quality-checked before it ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Our pieces ship from our production partners. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on your destination and local customs processing.
- Delivery estimates are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- Remote regions and some destinations may take a little longer.
- Customs clearance can occasionally add time outside our control (see Customs below).
Shipping costs
Shipping cost depends on the piece and your destination, and is calculated automatically at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Any active free-shipping offers and thresholds will be applied to your cart at checkout.
Tracking & delivery updates
Every order includes full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order:
- Check with your local carrier or post office.
- Check with neighbours, building reception, or your mailroom.
- Contact us — we'll help open a claim with the carrier if needed.
Customs, duties & import taxes
For international orders, you are considered the Importer of Record. This means that, depending on your country, you may be responsible for:
- Import VAT or sales tax
- Customs duties
- Carrier brokerage or handling fees
- Any other charges required by your destination country
Important: these charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. They are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or abandoned because of unpaid customs charges, we're unable to refund the order. Most carriers hold a package for up to 5 days before returning or abandoning it.
How to avoid delays
- Enter a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Provide a valid phone number and email so the carrier can reach you.
- Respond quickly to any carrier request to pay duties or confirm details.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.
Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or goes missing in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make it right. Items that develop a fault under normal wear after delivery are handled under our Lifetime Guarantee.
